Booths are $40–$50* each for the Cowboy Way Jubilee. The Booth Fee covers Space Only! All Booths are out of doors. Vendors may choose from 8ft.x10ft. on a covered porch (approximate size) or bring their own 10×10 tent to set up on the Parade Grounds @ Fort Concho. The Porches around Barracks 5 and Barracks 6 are 8 feet deep and approximately 10’4″ between posts (see photo below). This constitutes 1 booth. Be sure to allow space for customers to walk! Booth Tents with weights, tables, and chairs may be rented in advance (see vendor application) as well as limited electrical is available. Note, If you bring your own tent: Texas CAN be windy, please be certain to have a way to weight down your tent! Ground stakes are easily ripped out.
The Cowboy Way Jubilee limits vendors to those with a Western theme or our niche target market. We want all of our Vendors to have a Great and Successful event therefore we do our best to assure little to no duplication. MLMs and Direct Sales are generally not accepted. Approval is based on products at the sole discretion of Leslei Fisher, event planner. Seriously, no one travels across country to buy plastic ware or shampoo! Artisans are encourage to vend.
Contact Gene Ford, 702-219-6617 cowboywayfest@gmail.com for information and to submit a vendor application. Any exceptions to the rules are entirely at the discretion of the event coordinator — Oleeta Jean, LLC.
*If you paid to vend in 2020 or 2021, you are already paid!
