Children, ages under 18, are always FREE admission. (Workshops, Tours, and Banquet
fees may apply for kids.) Current students over 18, and, Active Duty Military are eligible for
two-for-one pricing (or half price if solo) with ID. Seniors, Veterans, etc, we are very grateful
for your service and support! We do our best to keep our prices very low in order to
accommodate everyone.

Sunday Dinner Banquet.There are approximately 400* dinner seats available (including celebrities & staff).

TICKETS Will be Picked Up by You AT the Cowboy Way Jubilee!
We’ll hold them and have them ready, all you have to do is tell us the name of the person
who registered your group and we’ll hand you an envelope with everything you need!
This way no one can forget them at home! Nothing will be mailed

NO REFUNDS


The event venue is Fully Air Conditioned and it is also Handicap & Wheelchair accessible. Walkers should be able to navigate just fine. All buildings have at least 1 ramp for entry. Please let us know of any special needs (via email) at least a week prior to the event and we will accommodate you the best we are able; please email cowboywayfest@gmail.com. We want you to be comfortable. Thank you!
