We are excited to offer an event-wide banquet again for the 2020 Cowboy Way Jubilee. We are currently working with local San Angelo organizations to make this a fundraiser for one of the local non-profits! This way we get the needed extra manpower to put on the best possible banquet for you. Please be patient as we hash out the details! We do have The Stables reserved for the Banquet. It is on the same grounds as the 2020 CW Jubilee so it’s just a walk across the parking lot and around the corner. Please hold all questions until late November 2019 and then check back here FIRST. These things take time. Thank you so much!
Where is the Banquet being held?
The 2020 Cowboy Way Jubilee Sunday Dinner Banquet will be held in The Stables located at Fort Concho in Downtown San Angelo, Texas. It is across the parking lot and one building from the event venue. (It’s no longer a real stables!)

Where do I park?
Thank you for leaving the curb parking for Handicap individuals. There is ample parking for up to 1,500 vehicles adjacent to the event venue (in the North and North East areas). Dry RV Parking for 10 RVs is available. Contact Leslei for reservations (email@example.com) Parking, including handicap areas (blue) are marked on the map here:
What Time is the Banquet?
The Stables doors will open at 6:45pm. NO EARLY ADMITTANCE!! (If you choose to stand in the sun and heat, we cannot be responsible!) Introductions by the San Angelo Mayor, followed by the Lone Star Legacy and Western Legends Awards presentations, and then any celebrities who wish to say a few words. Serving will begin 7:45–8pm. You are welcome to stay and visit with your friends, new and old, up to 10:00pm.
How do I sign up?
Download and fill out a 2020 Registration Form and get it to us quick! Seats for the dinner sell out quickly. You may pay for the banquet online, even the registration form can be filled in online, but you still need to email it to us (or print and mail).
How much does the dinner cost?
$49.99 per adult, $29.99 for ages 8–17, ages 7 and under are Free. Purchase Discounted banquet tickets by December 1st, 2019 for $39.99 each or by March 1st for $44.99 each! No Banquet tickets will be sold after April 15, 2020!!!
When table seating is sold out can I still get a ticket?
Probably not! There are always a few last moment cancellations. You may email us to be added to the wait list, firstname.lastname@example.org, first come, first served. Tickets will be full price (no discounts) IF available. Be sure we have a good telephone number for you (preferably cell) if you’re on the wait list.
How is the seating arranged?
TBD There will be seating for approximately 400 including celebrities & staff, an exact count to come.
Will I get to sit with (insert celebrity name here)?
TBD We a evaluating assigned seating versus open seating as we do not want anyone to have to stand in line for hours.

Is this a sit-down dinner or what?
Yes it is a sit-down dinner. Until a caterer is selected we have no further details.
I am on a special diet, I cannot eat (insert names of foods here).
As this is a large banquet we will do our best to accommodate common food needs (vegan, gluten-free, etc). If you have a concern regarding a specific allergy or issue AFTER we announce the menu, please email us, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is the Sunday Dinner Banquet handicap accessible?
Yes. there may be a threshold where we may need to assist navigation but otherwise the Stables floor area is completely handicap accessible. IF you have special seating needs please tell us at least ONE WEEK in advance so we may accommodate you. Otherwise it’s luck of the draw.
